公司技术装备先进，检测手段齐全，主要检测仪器均从国外引进，公司于97年通过了ISO9001质量体系认证，获得美国船级社（ABS）、德国TUV检验机构颁发的合格证书，在国内同行业中通过GJB9001A-2001质量体系的认证。由机械工业科技专家、江苏省“333”跨世纪学术技术带头人、教授级工程师以及各类工程技术人才组成的“江苏省特种专用车辆工程技术研究中心”，承担了企业的新产品开发和专用车科研项目的研发任务。在开发生产的八大系列、200多种公告型号的各类专用汽车的产品中，有10种产品被列为江苏省高新技术产品；8项产品被列为重点新产品，有18项技术获得专利，拥有3项火炬计划和1项省级火炬计划
